We maintain direct relationships with asset management firms, local councils, and probate solicitors. This allows us to secure properties before they are advertised to the general public or listed on traditional portals.

Are the properties legally vetted?

Every deal comes with a comprehensive investor pack including title documents, local searches, and a RICS-certified valuation estimate. We also provide comparable sales and rental demand analysis.

What is your sourcing fee?

A standard sourcing fee from £3,000 - £5000 + VAT applies to most residential deals. This covers our procurement costs, preliminary surveys, and full deal packaging. The fee is payable upon successful exchange.

Can you assist with financing?

While we are not mortgage brokers, we work closely with a panel of specialist bridging and buy-to-let lenders who understand the speed required for these acquisitions and can move quickly.

Who can access these deals?
